How We Review

This page explains what a review, a comparison, and a price mean on Solo Site Stack.

Reviews are hands-on

A post called a review is written only after we have used the tool ourselves: signed up, worked in it on a real site, and taken dated screenshots. If we have not done that, the post is not called a review.

Comparisons say where the information came from

Some comparisons cover tools we have not used long-term. Those are labeled Compared from documentation and rely on public docs, pricing pages, and free trials. Tools that run on this site are labeled Used on this site.

Prices are dated

Prices come from the vendor’s public pricing page on the day we checked, and the post shows that date. Where the renewal price is different from the first-term price, we show both.

Affiliate links do not decide the verdict

We earn a commission from some links. That does not change which tool we recommend. If a tool without an affiliate program is the better fit, we say so. Details are on the Disclosure page.

AI tools

We use AI tools for research and drafting help, the same way many people running a small site do. A person checks every claim, price, and screenshot before a post goes live, and hands-on sections come from our own use of the tool.

Corrections

If something is wrong or a price has changed, email contact@solositestack.com. Corrected posts show an updated date.
